Training Courses

1. Open the Training Courses page. From the HR menu, select Training Courses.
2. From the Employee List, select the employee for which to add course information.
3. Click Add New Course to display the Training Course Detail form.
4. Complete the fields in the form.
5. Click Save.

2. From the Employee List, select the employee whose course information you want to edit.
3. Click Edit/View for the course to edit.
4. Update the fields in the form as required.
5. Click Save.

1. Open the Training Courses page. From the HR menu, select Training Courses.
2. From the Employee List, select the employee whose course information you want to delete.
3. Click Delete for the course to delete.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Save.

1. Open the HR Reports page. From the Reports menu, select HR Reports.
2. From the list in the Select A Report field, select the type of HR report to create.

3. Click Go.

   Note: The report displays employees based on the payroll's current filter option. To change your filter option, click on the Sort/Filter link in the Report Selection section.

4. (Optional) To export the report to a PDF file, click PDF.

   Note: You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to read documents in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Click here if you do not have it.

5. (Optional) To download and save or open the report in a spreadsheet, click Spreadsheet.
6. (Optional) To change the report sort options, select a sort option in the Sort Report By field and click Refresh Preview.
7. (Optional) To export the report to a spreadsheet with the additional information Employee Status, ID Department, Comments, ID X, ID Y and ID Z, click View All in Spreadsheet.

From the list, select the required item. The items in the list are the items set up for your company on the HR Data Setup page. To add a new item, click the + button next to the field. A pop-up opens. Enter the name for the new item and click Add. The item is now available for selection.

Enter the date in the format DD/MM/YYYY or select the date from the Calendar pop-up.

Enter an exam grade if known.

Enter the employee cost in dollars.

Enter the employer cost in dollars.

Enter the date in the format DD/MM/YYYY or select the date from the Calendar pop-up.

Enter any additional comments (max 80 characters).
